What is Permanent Jewelry?
First, we need to clarify that permanent jewelry is not truly “permanent.” Permanent jewelry typically refers to pieces designed to be worn for long periods without frequent removal. This jewelry does not use clasp links; its ends are connected using a small weld with a pulse welder to secure the chain, making it a “permanent” piece of jewelry.
Similar to body piercings and tattoos, permanent jewelry is a form of self-expression. It can also be a tangible way to symbolize the bonds between friends, family members or lovers. Plus, permanent jewelry is less of a commitment than a tattoo and completely painless.

Dish soap and a soft toothbrush.

You can either cut at the jump ring with scissors or wire cutters or we can help you remove your chain. If you save your jewelry, we can re-weld when you're able to.

Our chains are very durable, but not indestructible. If your chain breaks, please bring it in so we can take a look. Breaks at the weld will be repaired at no cost, breaks in the chain will be charged a repair or replace fee.

All of our gold jewelry is gold filled, meaning that is tarnish resistant. Our silver is .925 Sterling Silver which can temporarily tarnish under certain conditions.
We recommend that you limit exposure to natural hot springs, chlorine, sulfur, bleach and other strong chemicals. Always clean your jewelry if it comes in contact with any of these. You can use a cleaning wipe to refresh your jewelry or a toothbrush & toothpaste or baking soda.
